Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Order’s will take 5-7 days to process in our warehouse, and depending on where you are located, weather its local or overseas, shipping time will be notified to you prior to checking out.

We will ensure to keep you up to date on delivery time as it leaves our warehouse and travels to your front door.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I get my product personalized?

If you would like to request a fully customized proposal box, professionally prepared by our team of proposal professionals, you can send an email to info@thepopbox.ca. The starting rate for something more customized is $500 and is subject to change based on the items chosen.

I don't want to setup my popbox, what can I do?

We can help! We can assist you with a fully completed proposal planning including setup of your popbox kit, please email, info@thepopbox.ca for more details.
